Careexpand EHR v2024.11.0 provides functionality that is compliant with the ONC Certification Criteria. Use of certain certified capabilities may incur additional costs and fees, as described below:

• Telemedicine Plan — Multichannel Communication, Virtual Waiting Room, Meeting Notes with AI Codes, AI enhanced ePrescribing, Clinician Workflow. Cost: flat fee of $49/month/provider.
• Continuity of Care Plan — all features of the Telemedicine Plan, plus Care Coordination, Remote Patient Monitoring, Patient Messaging, Chronic Disease Management, Referral Management, Automated Care Plans, Integrated Billing and Payment Solutions. Cost: flat fee of $149/month/provider.
• Full Practice Management Plan — all features of the Continuity of Care Plan, plus Automated Coding with AI-Generated Data tags, Customizable Charting Templates, Clinical Decision Support, Clinical Quality Measures, Integrated Lab Results, Advanced Charting Capabilities, Interoperability with Other Systems, Patient Portal Access. Cost: flat fee of $249/month/provider.

Additional costs

• CHC Optum Clinician — purpose: enables providers to send orders and medications to pharmacies and labs. Costs: ongoing monthly flat fee per provider of $65 for Orders.
